My work is rooted in a lifelong exploration of the mind–body–spirit connection. In the 1980s, while studying this relationship in college, I was introduced to early biofeedback, chakra systems, and the emerging understanding that our thoughts, emotions, and energy directly influence our physical bodies. Long before neuroscience gave language to concepts like neuroplasticity, I believed—intuitively and experientially—that the mind can change, and that change begins within.
For decades, I immersed myself in metaphysical studies, spiritual development, and personal growth—learning from teachers, mentors, and lived experience. Along the way, I explored meditation, breathwork, energy work, Reiki, muscle and somatic therapies, heart-centered practices, and the healing properties of water, movement, and the nervous system. I studied how stress, survival mode, and unresolved trauma live in the body, and how practices like vagal regulation, heart coherence, mindfulness, and intentional energy work restore balance and resilience.
Over time, curiosity became integration. What once lived in the “new age” space is now supported by neuroscience, psychophysiology, and evidence-based research. Completing my Ph.D. in Holistic and Spiritual Medicine allowed me to bring scientific rigor to what I had long practiced—bridging universal energy, heart intelligence, and the body’s innate wisdom with modern research and real-world application.
Today, my wellness programs are the culmination of decades of learning, testing, and transformation. They blend science-backed neuroscience, holistic health, emotional regulation, spiritual awareness, and practical life design. This work honors the full human experience—mind, body, heart, and purpose—helping individuals move out of survival mode and into alignment, healing, and sustainable change.
